For the most accurate sizing and perfect fit, please follow the instructions below:

1)        * Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.  Wrap the string around the wrist (bony part where bracelet with rest) and mark it where it meets.  Use a ruler to get the measurement.

2)        * Take the wrist measurement and add ½ inch for children or 1 inch for teens and adults.
